Childrens Ministry

Matthew 19:14

Jesus said, Let the little children come to Me,

and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of heaven!

We love kids, and desire that every child is given the opportunity to learn and grow in the knowledge and love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Jesus is the central focus of all that we do in CCP Kids Ministry. Starting in nursery and up through 6th grade, we use God’s word and aged appropriate bible-based curriculum to share God’s plan for salvation through Jesus redemptive work on the cross.

Our children’s classes are arranged based upon age and grade level. Each classroom operates with at least 2 adults at all times. We are blessed with wonderful teachers and helpers that participate in ongoing curriculum training as well as our safety and security policies. To ensure the safety of each child that participates in CCP Kids Ministry, we adhere to a strict check in/check out policy. When arriving to church, you can find our Kids Check in booth immediately inside the main doors. If this is your first time checking in your children, you will be assisted in adding each child to our secure data base. Once your child is added, your child will be given a sticker to be placed on his or her back. You will also receive a sticker with a unique number as well as his/her name. This is required when you retrieve your children after service.

We are so blessed to be able to minister to your children.

Proverbs 22:6 says, “ Train up a child in the way he should go;

even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Calvary Chapel Poulsbo audio involves running the sound board during worship.  It also involves sound for any DVD presentations or from the computer.

Calvary Chapel Poulsbo has a closed circuit system within the church.  We broadcast our services to our satellite classrooms that are wired for the video.

We also take care of special speakers who have presentations that accompany their teachings.  This would include feeds from Facebook, YouTube, DVD or other media.

We also have the capability to run DVDs on those special "movie nights" when necessary

Web site:

Calvary Chapel Poulsbo has teamed with Pritchard Websites to host our web site.  Through individualize training and one-on-one work, we are able to keep our events, ministries and bible studies up-to-date and current.

We have come up with a great web site that will allow those who are searching and seeking a new church home to find as much information about our church.
