Transition
Pastor Joel Kirtley arrived in Poulsbo in 2004 after spending the previous 12 years on the mission field in St. Petersburg, Russia. While in Russia, Joel served as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel St. Petersburg and was involved in planting several churches from Moscow to Novosibirsk, Siberia.
Along with music and evangelism, Joel also has a heart for discipleship and teaching the Word of God. He considers himself to be on an ever-progressing quest to know God and to love Him more. Simply stated - Pastor Joel has a passion for God. This passion has fostered a fellowship of believers that love God, and desire to make the love of JESUS known throughout the community of Poulsbo and beyond.
